Other InformationProforma invoice for services you requested, will be sent to you in advance in electronical form together with the proposal of contract. The issuing process will continue immediatelly after your payment (with right variable symbol) is received. You can check information about current status of your customer account, payments and issuing proces after logging into your customer account at www.eidentity.cz. Your payment we take as a binding order. If your order will be canceled for any reason on your side before the certificate will be issued, we will take 40% of amount payed to cover our needlessly spent operating costs and 60% of amount payed will be returned back to your bank account. If you don´t take necessary actions to fulfill the delivery of requested certificates within 30 days
